What the role is:You oversee estate management and coordinate end-to-end executive processes with stakeholders to implement prompt and effective solutions while managing finite resources for infrastructure and upholding safety standards.What you will be working on:- Coordinate with contractors and tenant units to implement effective solutions Manage finite resources for infrastructure maintenance - Uphold the highest standards of safety - Oversee the maintenance of buildings, land and critical Building Infrastructure (BI) supporting systems - Adjust detailed work schedules based on ground requirements Challenge(s) - Working in a fast-paced real-time estate operation that requires timely responses as part of the incident management process - Managing multiple stakeholders with different skillsets and specialisationsWhat we are looking for:- Education in Facilities Maintenance, Building and Project management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (M&E) - At least 4 years of working experience in related fields - Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment - Adaptability to changes and multi-tasking capabilities - Critical-thinking and good communication skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
