  • To attend and coordinate all project matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical).
  • To attend and monitor any defect of the completed building and maintain proper records.
  • To monitor, control and ensure construction works is carried out according to the required quality standards as per construction drawings and specifications by consultants.
  • To monitor the work progress of contractor's workers, materials and machineries of the entire site to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • To carry out Joint Inspection on incoming, in process and final inspection with consultant representatives, governing authorities and bodies in accordance with contract specification / drawings / inspection and test plan.
  • To manage and coordinate project with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
  • To monitor progress of the construction site to meet the targets of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billing stages.
  • To ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulations, by-laws and other.
  • To manage and ensure the proper handing over of vacant possession in relation to completed units to purchasers.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Job requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural systems, and materials.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with government authorities, and bodies, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
  • Commitment to deadlines and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
