- Develop and implement career development and transition strategies and programmes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in implementing IRAS-wide career development plan for officers
- Plan, customise and deliver professional and personalised career interventions with an action plan
- Conduct career coaching for individual staff to support them to reskill/ transit to new areas of work / new roles
- Deliver career guidance programmes, mock interviews and curating self-serve resources for IRAS staff
- Network and collaborate with external stakeholders to explore new opportunities and keep abreast with latest career coaching theories/ interventions
- Involved in HR Projects for talent attraction and retention
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related discipline. Prior experience in coaching/counselling role will be an advantage.
- Understand stakeholders' needs and concerns and follow up promptly to remedy situations where necessary.
- Able to plan ahead, anticipate and make sound and timely decisions. The officer is required to develop and/or customise solutions, and propose the most appropriate solution for issues encountered in the course of work to effectively work with different stakeholders to achieve good outcomes
