Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job analysis, channel selection, job postings, screening, interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations, ensuring the efficient hiring of top talent.
  2. Maintain and expand recruitment channels, optimize hiring processes, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  4. Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and resignations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  5. Support performance management by assisting in KPI development, performance evaluation collection, and talent development planning.
  6. Contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore labor laws and update them as needed.
  8. Handle office administration tasks, including procurement, equipment maintenance, and document management.
  9. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of HR experience, with a solid understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR processes.
  2. Strong recruitment and interview skills, with experience in various hiring channels.
  3. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking.
  5. Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude.
  6. Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
