Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job analysis, channel selection, job postings, screening, interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations, ensuring the efficient hiring of top talent.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels, optimize hiring processes, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and resignations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support performance management by assisting in KPI development, performance evaluation collection, and talent development planning.
- Contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore labor laws and update them as needed.
- Handle office administration tasks, including procurement, equipment maintenance, and document management.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience, with a solid understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR processes.
- Strong recruitment and interview skills, with experience in various hiring channels.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude.
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
