  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Chatbot Implementation and Optimization:
  • Assist with the implementation, performance monitoring, and optimization of the Ascott SnG chatbot.
  • She is currently supporting the 3rd UAT environment.
  • Project Management for System Rollouts:
  • To assist with the implementation of quality assurance and pre-opening project management tools for system rollouts.
  • Quality Assurance for Safety Culture (iAuditor) rollout: Mid-February to Early April, followed by training and new template creation.
  • Project Management Pacer rollout: Mid-February to Early April.
  • Collaboration on Global Operations Brand Standards:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Global Operations Brand Standards, ensuring alignment with brand-specific requirements across multiple brands (e.g., Brand 360). Ongoing work includes TCC, TUC and lyf.
  • Senior Living Brand Guidelines:
  • Partnering with the Senior Living team to establish operational Brand and Operational guidelines for a new senior living brand.
  • Brand Standards & Guidelines Operations Management:
  • Oversee the review, update, and consolidation of Operational Brand Standards & Guidelines for all properties under The Ascott Limited.
  • Updated Brand Standards will require amendments to Operational S&Gs.
  • Global Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Assist to analyze and consolidate SPR results globally, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • PMS SOP Updates:
  • Maintain and update Property Management System (PMS) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • At present, we plan to take out the RMS portion in GS S&G and as well potentially create for Opera Cloud PMS SOPs.
  • Pre-Opening Properties Review:
  • Conduct and improve Pre-Opening Properties (POP) review checklist for greenfield and conversion projects.
  • Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement:
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across global operations.
  • Training Material Development:
  • Assist with creating and developing training materials, including instructional videos, to support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence SharePoint Management:
  • Maintain and regularly update the Operational Excellence SharePoint to ensure all resources are accurate and up-to-date.
