What the role is:Joining a dynamic and forward-looking organisation, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving CCCS's strategy, corporate planning processes and stakeholder engagement initiatives to ensure CCCS's strategic plans are well-aligned with our vision.What you will be working on:
  • Drive and Transform the corporate planning process, including facilitating senior management meetings, including organising the annual Work Plan Seminar and management retreat. • Develop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic outcomes to track and drive organisational progress • Conduct comprehensive environmental scans and leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making across the CCCS • Review, administer and take action with regard to the Enterprise Risk Management framework to ensure timely identification, assessment, and management of CCCS's business risks • Liaise with other government agencies on corporate planning related matters, including Ministry-level meetings • Manage the biennial Stakeholder Perception Survey to measure and address stakeholder sentiments, informing engagement strategies • Prepare quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management and other stakeholders
What we are looking for:
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, planning and organisational abilities • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Highly self-driven; able to work well in teams as well as independently • At least 3-4 years of related work experience. • Prior experience in the public sector would be advantageous.
About Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore:The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”) administers and enforces the Competition Act (Cap. 50B) which empowers CCCS to investigate and adjudicate anti-competitive activities, issue directions to stop and/or prevent anti-competitive activities and impose financial penalties. CCCS is also the administering agency of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) or CPFTA which protects consumers against unfair trade practices in Singapore.
