IT Support Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite IT Support Team Lead to oversee IT operations for a luxury retail client, managing a team of four across Hong Kong and Singapore. Based in Singapore’s central region, this role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a regional IT support team (4 members) ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for end-users in a luxury retail environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring timely ticket resolution using tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Jira.
• Manage infrastructure projects, coordinating upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Act as a point of escalation, addressing complex technical issues and providing resolutions.
• Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring IT support aligns with business needs.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficient in common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).
Hands-on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
ITIL certification (preferred) with knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
Soft Skills & Leadership:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and mentoring a cross-regional team.
Problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
