A leading international insurance group is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (APAC) to join them in regional headquarters, primarily leading re-insurance hiring across the region. In a newly created role, this individual will partner closely with the regional leadership team to manage executive hiring, direct hiring and managing vendors where appropriate. The Talent Acquisition Partner will operate in an individual contributor capacity in a business facing and hands-on role, working closely with the respective markets across the region to support them with their strategic resourcing priorities. This individual must enjoy direct hiring and working as part of a global talent acquisition function in partnership with HQ in another region.This individual will be a consultative, relationship driven and credible Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally with a track record operating in another re-insurance, insurance and/or broking business within a regional and / or global role. This individual must be comfortable working in an individual contributor capacity, as part of a lean function in an organisation going through growth and change. This individual must have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills given the nature of the role and the stakeholders involved.
