What You Will Be Working On

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of the IT projects from start to finish. The key responsibilities of the Project Manager are:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines
  • Monitor project progress and report on any issue or delays
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including internal stakeholders, contractors and external collaborators
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets and reports
  • Attend meetings with project manager and provide updates on progress
  • Organise and conduct the necessary security and logistical administrative preparations for contractor works on premises

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience working in a similar role within a construction or engineering environment
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business or Engineering) or equivalent competencies
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience working with contractors, supplier and vendors will have an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with work partners and team members
  • Team player and collaborative
