Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Guide students and parents, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive front-desk experience. Send timely notices and reminders, fostering positive community engagement.
- Class Coordination: Manage class schedules, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide basic first-aid when needed.
- Admin Support: Handle student enrollment, attendance tracking, and maintain accurate records. Ensure customer feedback is monitored and addressed.
- Finance and Billing: Oversee POS transactions, invoicing, and billing inquiries. Track payments and assist with financial reporting.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and support events such as competitions, workshops, and internal showcases.
- Team Support: Collaborate with coaches and staff, assist with professional development, and ensure smooth class operations.
- Marketing and Sales: Promote programs via social media, create marketing materials, and support sales initiatives, including promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (sports/fitness setting preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; CRM and POS experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial systems and billing processes.
- First-aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Marketing and promotions experience is a plus.
