- Respond to operational calls and attend to customer inquiries.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including processing invoices and logging service and repair jobs into the system.
- Provide support as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
- Assist with accident reporting procedures as needed.
- Collect payments from Customer Service Advisors and ensure timely submission to the corporate office.
- Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Prior customer service experience in an automotive workshop is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,400 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 05:30 PM), Alternate Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
