- Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that all received products are properly labelled, tagged, and stored in designated areas.
- Storage and Handling: Store products in accordance with labelling specifications, ensuring proper temperature control and segregation of materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of products.
- Pick and pack for Outbound processing including Pick and pack products in accordance to customer instructions.
- Secondary Assembly: Perform secondary assembly operations on pharmaceutical products based on customer requirement.
- Inventory Management: Work with the warehouse team and perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor warehouse operations and report any non-compliance. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed to address non-compliance issues and improve warehouse processes. Participate in execution of quality management system such as change control, risk assessment, CAPA handling and other elements of QMS as may be assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Prior experience in warehouse role especially in the pharmaceutical sector or familiar with GDP and GMP standards will be at advantage
- Basic understanding of English
