Responsibilities
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure proper approvals and documentations
- Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance
- Assist in the development and operation of leasing related IT systems such as Lease Management System
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Handle all leasing enquiries from external agents, direct call-ins and walk-ins
- Provide administrative support to the retail leasing team
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly management reports, arrears management
- Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission
- Prepare and follow up on lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules
- Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship
- Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis
Requirements
- Candidate with 1-2 years relevant experience in shopping mall environment would have an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- A team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently
