Responsibilities
- Responsible for all project-related client communications including timeliness and quality of deliverables, budget and resource requirements and managing client's expectations
- Communicates the client’s goals/objectives and represent the client’s interests to the team
- Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous communication of project status in order to identify potential issues and/ or opportunities within or related to the project
- Reviews all major deliverables across a full spectrum of marcom deliverables (ATL, BTL, print, digital, web or social marketing, public relations) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
- Coordinates cross-channel campaigns leveraging media, public relations, social and influencers/KOLs
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing Account Director of any problems that may arise
- Acquire good understanding of company's capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
- Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and enquiries on a weekly basis
- Developing communications plans and pitching stories to local, regional/international media
- Monitor and put together the necessary deliverables to share with the client as proof of delivery in the frequency required, i..e daily, weekly monthly, quarterly etc.
- Analyze and research findings, prepare and present insights for informed campaign strategy and creative development
- Have an understanding of campaign, marketing, public relations, influence, content development and social and a consistent track record of campaign objectives
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines without sacrificing professional standards
- Responsible for Issues management, internal and crisis communications when advising or executing for the client.
