- Help ensure the smooth running of the AAC, including managing resources and setting up for daily activities.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for seniors and visitors.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels or Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g., Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or Gerontology).
- Prior experience in community engagement or working with seniors will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with seniors and volunteers.
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient in interacting with diverse senior populations.
- Basic organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other systems as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and at least one local language/dialect to interact effectively with seniors.
