Job Responsibilities:
1 Expand New Markets
- Strategically identify and connect with potential customers in untapped markets.
- Build trust-driven relationships that lead to meaningful partnerships and sustainable business growth.
2 Elevate Client Relationships
- Foster stronger bonds with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs.
- Design tailored solutions to maximize their success, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
3 Collaborate with Team Members
- Partner closely with fellow founding members to tackle challenges, brainstorm ideas, and drive collective success.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, strategy, and vision.
4 Drive Operational Excellence
- Engage in diverse strategic and operational initiatives, adapting quickly to the dynamic needs of a growing business.
- Take ownership of key processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations during the foundational phase.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking internal and external parties
- Minimum qualification: A Bachelor’s degree
Conditions:
- Salary: SGD 4,500-6,000 + Negotiable
- Work Arrangements: 9am−6pm, Office
- Earliest Starting Date: February to March 2025
