Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in Financial & Large Enterprise Vertical business.
- Grow incremental and new sales from greenfield accounts while simultaneously reducing customer turnover.
- Implement strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Provide accurate and realistic forecasting and expenses reports.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics, develop sales pipeline, successfully manage opportunities to close and ensure quota is met consistently.
- Able to work on tenders/RFQ independently.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors and other business buying personas within your account base.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, including Network and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track records of sales and account management.
- Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling high volume sales or bulk tender.
- Strong business acumen and result-oriented.
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
- Prior experience in ICT Sales or SI environment will be an added advantage.
