- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Perform all financial transactions inclusive of invoicing, expenses, journals, and payrolls
- Perform bank reconciliation monthly
- Ensure that all records are updated and filed properly, accurately, in timely manner
- Ensure upkeep of office premises and equipment
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
