  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Perform all financial transactions inclusive of invoicing, expenses, journals, and payrolls
  • Perform bank reconciliation monthly
  • Ensure that all records are updated and filed properly, accurately, in timely manner
  • Ensure upkeep of office premises and equipment
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
