- Employee Experience & Engagement: o Support the team in aligning the employee experience strategy with the organization's core values, ultimately enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). o Develop and implement recognition programs and comprehensive communications plans to improve employee engagement. o Conduct regular pulse checks to gather feedback and drive improvements in workplace experience and culture. • Event Coordination: o Support the organization of board-wide events and activities to promote collaboration and a sense of community, enhancing the overall workplace culture and EVP. o Ideate new and exciting formats in which events can be executed, engaging employees using a variety of tools to maximise outreach and create the desired EVP. o Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure event requirements are met, while managing logistics, budget, and event branding. • Welfare and Benefits Administration: o Support the team in reviewing and suggesting enhancements to employee welfare and benefits schemes to strengthen the EVP and remain competitive in the job market. o Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding benefits and welfare-related queries. o Maintain accurate records of benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • HR Projects: o Support other key initiatives which contribute to the overall success of the Human Capital Group.
- Education: o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Experience: o Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. o Experience in marketing, communications, or events management is a plus. • Skills and Attributes: o Good communication and stakeholder management skills. o Organized and meticulous with the ability to work and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. o Creative, energetic, and resourceful with a bias for action. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. o Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse employee feedback and HR metrics to drive improvements in our work culture and EVP. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content is preferred. o Experience and interest in using the latest technology and trends to design events and engagement initiatives, whether physically or virtually, is a plus. o Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP, CIPD) is a plus.
