KEY ACTIVITY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to marketing campaigns, automation processes, and data integration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, administrators) to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of solutions within Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and customize Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and other relevant modules.
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users on Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Marketing Cloud environment.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance data and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other business analysts and teams to ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and other systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms).
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Marketing Cloud best practices and governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and best practices, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, etc.
- Experience with data integration and data management within Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
