Main Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Prepare and send daily sales reports to the Management team and Store Managers.
- Assist the merchandisers in monitoring the monthly sales activities, preparing necessary reporting and perform follow-up
- Assist the merchandisers to provide relevant analysis on sales trends for métiers responsible
- Initiate action plans to merchandisers for métiers in need of support
- Follow up sell-through for seasonal items
- Prepare and send KPI reports regularly
- Consolidate and monitor the stock situation prepare necessary reporting and perform follow-up
- Provide relevant analysis on inventory evolution and initiate action plans
- Support the team to Optimize and animate stock between stores by doing regular transfers
- Monitors stock level and makes necessary replenishments to assist the store in achieving their target including permanent stock replacement, stock reorder administration and follow-up
- Monitor ageing stock by destocking and cleaning stocks based on the Group Policy (Phase out procedure)
- Support in Price updates in the system (ad-hoc basis)
- Support in all Merchandising activities related to special events
- Monitor stock level of permanent stock items and track delivery status with related teams
- Assist in Pre & Post Buying, consolidating Precol and Podium Orders
- Support to validate and monitor reorders placed in H+ by the stores
- Facilitate products supply in coordination with the logistics department
- Ensure deliveries and offer availability for openings; alert when necessary
- Secure best sellers availability and organize reorders when necessary
- Support the Retail Planner in defining the selection of PSI with store managers and define min-max level for the automatic replenishment (twice a year)
- Create a Purchase order for Perfume/Beauty and St Louis upon delivery
- Be a bridge between stores and Metier regarding St Louis orders and follow up
- To support all other ad hoc duties assigned by the Merchandising team
- Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Fluent in English
- Must be a good team player, detailed-minded, service-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel
- Able to commence in Jan - Dec 2025 (1 Year Contract)
