What the role is:The job holder is responsible for planning and implementing corporate communications and relations, culture-building, and engagement activities in HTA.What you will be working on:1. Conceptualise and implement Integrated Communications campaigns to help drive greater awareness and understanding of HTA, its role and its mandate: a. Develop media publicity plans, develop media materials, plan and execute media events, and support on-site facilitation of media interviews 2. Conceptualise and develop a Digital Media (DM) Strategy and manage HTA's Paid Media campaigns/paid channels: a. Manage and execute DM campaigns including running of boosted posts (targeting current HTA followers), dark ads (reaching audiences outside of HTA's current followers) and LinkedIn (LI) followership campaigns on social media platforms b. Identify, evaluate, secure and roll out content partnerships with media owners to help extend HTA's reach to external audiences 3. Develop and manage HTA's Shared Media channels: a. Conceptualise, develop and plan a social media optimisation plan that will guide all social media content on HTA's shared platforms (HTA's LI page and MHA Facebook page) to ensure that HTA/HT T&L messages are cascaded across all digital platforms 4. Undertake content production and management a. Create and curate new short form content for Paid and Shared channels; work with content partners to ensure that HTA/HT T&L messaging is amplified on partners' networks 5. Support Corporate Communications and Engagement in staffing policy work related to branding, corporate communications, corporate relations and engagement matters; 6. Implement stakeholder engagement plans, to galvanise them to achieve HTA's mission and to enhance the branding of the organisation; 7. Establish a good and strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, media partners and other Home Team Departments' communications teams; and 8. Undertake secondary appointments, duties or projects as assigned by the immediate superior and Director CHCC.What we are looking for:1. A good University degree (preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines); relevant working experience in corporate communications would be an advantage; 2. Strong interest in multimedia communications trends; 3. Passion for working with people, with excellent interpersonal and listening skills; 4. Articulate, with strong journalistic writing and presentation skills; and 5.
