  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Automotive Manufacturer. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Incoterm, Shipping) to join their business!

We are seeking a candidate with experience in Incoterms.

Area of focus: Order Management, Shipping Documentation, Logistics Coordination, Reporting and Billing Operation. Experience with SAP or ERP system will be beneficial.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: MRT Suntec / Promenade
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

The Job

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and forecast to suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all shipping documents to comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Ensure accuracy in payment and billing operations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping arrangements with suppliers, customers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Monitor all shipments and track their progress to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and service providers for any discrepancies and claims
  • Provide monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts to suppliers.

The Talent

  • Min Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Able to handle desk-bound and routine work
  • Familiarity with INCO terms
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
