  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Field investigation to design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm etc
  • Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
  • Write, debug and test the program to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
  • Establish manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
  • BMS control cabinet drawing design, network architecture design
  • BMS system BOM table configuration and cost estimation
  • Technical disclosure with the construction party
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of BMS hardware and software
  • Provide technical support and training to staff in BMS operation
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the Head of department from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of BMS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, Lora, and S7
  • Experience in Niagara 4 and related programming focusing on chiller plants
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, digital solutions and public network connectivity
  • Experience with Honeywell and siemens BMS products preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
