- Managing project document flows between client and users
- Using Bentley’s ProjectWise document management system to manage document submissions
- Supporting setup of file management/archival system in line with industry information management best practice
- Supporting system users to ensure understanding of system and process requirements
- Maintaining document archives – Archiving of documents in SharePoint ensuring all record management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements
- Fulfilling document retrieval requests
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure adherence to document control process and procedure
- Liaising / co-ordinating with Management team to ensure processes are effective
- Providing monthly document analytics report using agreed KPI’s that focus on performance and quality
- Proficiency in communication and coordination skills
- Supporting the preparation of Monthly Project reports
- Ensuring full alignment with Project Information Management requirements
- Possess Diploma in Engineering or Technology related curriculum
- Minimum 5 years document control experience
- Experience in large, complex projects
- Be Proficient with Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS), Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Be well organised and systematic
- Possess good communication skills
- Contract duration: duration of design phase
