What the role is:The Strategic Resources Management Division (SRMD) manages strategic commodities and community facilities for MOH and ensures readiness for crisis. What the role is? As a Senior Manager / Manager (Facility Operations) in SRMD, your primary responsibilities include the following. 1. Plan, lead and manage the preparedness and operational readiness of facilities for healthcare crisis in the following areas: a. Healthcare Preparedness Facilities (HPF) to support Mobile Vaccination to Heartlands (MVTH), b. Multi-Purpose Community Isolation Facilities (MPCIF), and Infectious Disease Medical Facilities (IDMFs) when activate from Transitional Care Facilities (TCFs) 2. Collaborate with Medical Services Providers for Just-In-Time services for Testing, Vaccination and drug delivery. Review and monitor the implementation of measures to strengthen resilience and continuity, in the event of disruption of services utilized by our public healthcare. This may include, but not limited to: a. Monitor and analyse regular reports from contractors and condense the information into key indicators to track contractors' progress in capability development. b. Manage funding provided to contractors for capability development, including reviewing and making recommendations on funding proposals and verification of claims. c. Organise and support regular meetings between MOH and contractors. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:What we are looking for? • Relevant experience in planning and project management.
