Job Responsibilities
- Assist WSH related database (such as WSH Intranet Portal, online incident report portal and etc.) and web related.
- Assist and provide up to date WSH Safety Performance Indicator metrics and bi-weekly report/ dashboard.
- Assist property wide WSH promotion events and activities and/or with other departments to promote workplace safety and health as overall MBS culture.
- Coordinate workplace safety initiatives and programs or ad hoc projects. Ensures timeline is well executed.
- Promote Workplace Safety and Health awareness among workers by organizing campaigns, training course, and etc. This includes developing safety posters, communication messages and etc.
- Maintain and provide regular updates on any safety communication platform.
- Facilitate and coordinate property wide WSH training to Team Members. Updating training databases with the planned training events and certification details.
- Ensure that the administration of all records/documentation is carried out in line with the required standards and maintained.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

- Diploma in related field preferred
- Must possess at least Level B certificate in WSH.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in WSH
Other Prerequisites
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer experience, project management and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective in problem analysis and decision making – identifying problems, recognizing symptoms, root causes, making timely and sound decisions.
- Team player mentality with ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and challenges.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
