General Summary

Manufacturing Process:
  • Operate Tape and reel machine according to the required output.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Prepare material to be used for tape and reel process.
  • Coordinate machine buy off to technician and QA.
  • Load raw materials into machines and ensure the consistent supply of materials throughout the production cycle.
  • Update batching list / production records.
  • Document production data such as quantity, quality, and downtime reports.
  • Feedback any rejection / issues encountered during tape and reel process.
  • Identify and report any malfunctions or operational issues to the production supervisor.
  • Operate vacuum sealing machine according to the required output.
  • Prepare packing materials to be used for tape and reel process.
  • Update production records
  • Identify and report any malfunctions or operational issues to the production supervisor.
  • Other tasks related to operations assigned based on business needs.


Quality Assurance
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Perform incoming and outgoing inspection of finished goods.
  • Feedback any rejection / nonconformities encountered during inspection.
  • Perform machine buy off prior production run.
  • Perform buy off activity for new package.
  • Updating / keeping records of any discrepancies found
  • Daily updating of inspection result.


Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.


Physical Requirements
  • Frequently transports and installs equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.
