For one of our Global MNC Professional Services Client, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Client Director to spearhead business development efforts within the Public Sector. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong ability to identify and secure new opportunities, establish meaningful client relationships, and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record in sales and business development, deep industry expertise, and a strong grasp of the sector's unique challenges. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on a designated ministry.
- Identify and pursue high-value target accounts within government agencies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Effectively articulate the value of our solutions, ensuring alignment with client priorities.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular insights on sales performance, market conditions, and emerging trends.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market shifts, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Eligibility to work on public sector projects requiring security clearance.
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector and an established network within key agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
