They are currently looking to hire a HR Manager for their Singapore team, providing support for a few of their overseas entities.The RoleReporting directly to the Country Manager, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support to both Singapore and several international entities. The role encompasses the full spectrum of HR function, with key responsibilities including implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, reviewing and evaluating HR policies and practices to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements, leading continuous improvements in HR systems and processes, managing recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews and facilitating hiring processes, overseeing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, administering compensation and benefits programs, including conducting salary benchmarking and managing payroll processing, providing HR advice to internal stakeholders on various HR-related matters as well as addressing and resolving any HR-related issues or concerns within the organization.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with an IHRP certification. With a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, you will bring a strong understanding of the Employment Act and demonstrate expertise in various HR functions.
