  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability management to address potential risks.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide advanced support for device-related issues, including configuration, application management, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve complex technical problems and enhance overall user experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for device management processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze data related to device management, patch compliance, and software deployment.
  • Generate and review detailed reports on device status, patch compliance, software deployment, and system health.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and effective presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to device management, software packaging, and security.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to device management and software deployment strategies and processes.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with other IT teams to ensure alignment on technology strategies and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Provide training and support to team members and end-users on device management tools and best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering, with a focus on user device management and software packaging.
  • Proficiency in device management tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Microsoft SCCM.
  • Strong experience in software packaging, deployment testing, and software versioning review.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and their management requirements.
  • Experience with patch management processes, security risk analysis, and impact assessment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and custom configurations.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
