Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day smooth operation in the office.
- Distribute incoming emails and faxes to relevant personnel.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for foreign workers.
- Conduct weekly site visit and inspection to ensure compliance of company conduct and business standards.
- Responsible for office facilities and maintenance activities.
- Assist in onboarding procedure by conducting orientations, issuance of staff ID & uniforms and etc.
- Coordinate internal communications and announcements.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Compile monthly reports.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Nitec in any discipline
- At least 2 - 3 years of office administrative experience, preferably from construction industry
- Possess a valid class 3 license will be ideal for this role
