Job Title-Business Development Manager
Occupation-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking at appointing a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding the agent network, and for managing corporate programs, pre-school and school events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with all corporates for possible business tie ups
- Generate and maintain database of tie-up partners (new/existing)
- Arrange meetings and conduct presentations to HR of corporate organisations (includes external liaisons)
- Finalise the discount margins and maintaining MOUs
- Monitor and manage new/expired MOUs, liaise for renewal with corporates
- Connect with organisations for promotional events/activities organised by the corporate companies
- Liaise with marketing for EDMs and send it across all corporate organisations
- Find opportunities to expand agent network in other markets
- Liaise with agents for student recruitment
- Establish rapport and strong relationships with agents to recruit more students
- Coordinate overseas education fairs with agents
- Train and guide agents on student recruitment while adhering to Edutrust and compliance requirements
- Manage Parent counselling and converting leads to Admissions
- Find opportunities for brand promotional activities amongst the existing Preschool setup
- Liaise with Academic Team and Sales for Open house and event for such events
- Plan and organise educational meets for all such Preschools Parents
Fairs/Exhibitions
- Find opportunities for brand promotional activities
- Liaise with event companies for educational fairs/exhibitions
- Plan and organise educational meets in various go-to markets
- Liaise with overseas agents to create future opportunities for admissions
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-8 years of experience in sales/business development
