  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of REIT assets to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Preparing detailed financial and operational reports for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform asset management strategies and investment decisions
  • Liaising with external service providers, such as property managers and valuers, to ensure smooth operations
  • Participating in the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies
  • Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition and disposition opportunities to enhance the REIT portfolio

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably from the REIT industry
  • Proficiency in property management, including experience in tenant relations and contract negotiations
  • Familiarity with REIT regulations and compliance requirements
