  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As they continue to expand our business, they are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MAS regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations for balance sheets, income statements, and other financial records.
  • Maintain and track capital market transactions, including trades, settlements, and investment portfolios.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other statutory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flows, manage banking relationships, and support financial forecasting.
  • Assist with audits, both internal and external, and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings, including GST and corporate tax returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Stay up to date with relevant accounting practices, capital markets regulations, and changes in MAS requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a capital market or MAS-regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and MAS regulations.
  • Experience with financial software and accounting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
