- Provide quotation, purchase order, invoice and email to clients
- Reply to emails and handle paperworks
- Accurately enter data into software, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Attending incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
- Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoices issued, etc.).
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Requirement: Excellent skill in MS Office and accounting software (Xero)
