  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial and operational performance of business in Singapore and Overseas.
  • Prepare and oversee the annual budget in collaboration with senior management.
  • Lead projects from tender to opening, ensuring successful lease transactions.
  • Guide teams in identifying business opportunities, managing sites, and preparing proposals.
  • Review site ROIs and report on performance, sales, and budget to senior management.
  • Maintain service quality and implement cost control systems.
  • Address operational issues, ensuring effective coordination across functions.
  • Manage store labor and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Promote training culture and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Ensure management succession and represent the company in community efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior business development/leasing experience, ideally in food, retail, or FMCG.
  • Experience with statutory boards and F&B operations is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and leasing/tendering experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building and leadership skills.
