- Providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients in respect of regulatory matters, cross border and local corporate joint ventures (JV), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employment, foreign direct investment and commercial transactions
- Acting for commercial organisations on establishing corporate structures, corporate governance and compliance issues
- Providing advice on all types of commercial contracts
- Conducting legal research related to a broad spectrum of corporate transaction areas and preparing advice based on the legal research conducted
- BD and marketing material preparation and attending meetings with clients
- Singapore qualified, with a corporate background focusing on JV, M&A and general corporate commercial transactions
- Candidates with experience working with a leading Corporate law firm and / or, a local regulatory insurance firm will be considered
- Willing to be flexible and engage in a wide area of Corporate legal areas
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work with tight timelines
- Proven ability to work as part of a successful team
- Strong research and problem solving skills
- Proven initiative and ability to work independently
- Additional language skills on top of English helpful but not a prerequisite e.g., Mandarin
