Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor daily project activities and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support the team in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of work done, ensuring quality control and timely resolution of defects.
  • Ensure proper defects rectification and documentation during Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports on schedule deviations, work scope changes, and quality issues.
  • Respond swiftly to project delays, emergencies, and any other unforeseen challenges.
  • Track key project milestones and deliverables against the master schedule.
  • Ensure all changes to project specifications and scope are properly documented for final accounts.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to senior management on project status and key developments.
  • Support and deliver other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in project management in real estate developer.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
