Position Title: Admin Assistant
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send out invoices to clients with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure all invoices comply with company procedures and financial regulations.
Collect and process orders from customers who call in
Verify order information to ensure all specifications and requests are captured correctly.
Contact clients to request quotations
Issue purchase orders to suppliers or service providers
Generate work orders and delivery orders as required by business processes
Organize and arrange delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation of goods
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative role
