WHAT TO EXPECT?
- Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for all the open job positions, using various sources (recruiting
website, referrals, on-site, etc.)
- Screen, filter, and shortlist candidates as well as manage the interview schedules.
- Source and interview candidates and presenting the qualified ones to hiring managers.
- Provide HR hiring advices to hiring manager to discuss on their hiring needs, market conditions, and
align on expectations.
- Ensure all candidate credentials and information is up-to-date HR system.
- Ensure HR practices and candidate sourcing procedure are comply with local employment regulations
and MOM rules.
- Proactively and continually improve recruitment processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and
efficiency, as well as optimum candidates/department experience.
- Responsible of staff welfare & benefit and engagement program, such as staff events and functions,
Staff birthday celebration and employee Work Anniversary
- Manage the onboarding programs for new hirers from account creation, documentations and be trainer
for the new hirer training for HR Modules.
- Closely and timely follow-up on the off-boarding process, ensure the exit interviews and exit clearance
are appropriately and timely completed.
- Responsible for travel arrangement for our employee and visitors.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines and
processes
- Be backup to assist in IT related issues
- Any other ad-hoc duties and Administrative work as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR
