JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling of incoming call and providing customer service
- In charge of data entry and document filing
- Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the ERP & CRM
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangement
- Assist with sales admin processes
- Coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
- Handling the latest modern ERP and CRM system
REQUIREMENT
- Min qualification diploma with 3 years’ experience in admin
- Similar experience in the automotive industry and booking keep experience are an advantage
- Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP).
- Strong in English, able to write, type and speak
- Fast in respond and able to work in fast-paced environment
