  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and perform surveillance of investment guidelines including setting up & maintaining of rules and watch lists in the Bloomberg AIM and Compliance checklists
  • Collaborate with cross function team and conduct comprehensive assessment of new products initiatives to develop and implement compliance programs
  • Proactively implement actionable recommendations for process improvements
  • Perform advisory role and provide comments for new and existing mandates in terms of review and coding of investment guidelines
  • Perform pre and post trade monitoring of investment guidelines and follow up on breaches identified
  • Manage scheduled reporting to clients and other compliance duties to ensure timely completion
  • Handle regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in Business, Finance & Accountancy
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the fund administration role or unit trust operations (Proven experience in investment compliance would be advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of Finance instruments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Independent, meticulous and diligent individual with positive attitude
  • Effective communication with the ability to interact with various stakeholders independently and a strong commitment to continuous learning and excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, MS Excel and Word
  • Proficient with process automation or programming tools are added advantage
