Sr. Implementation Manager
As a Sr. Implementation Manager at Visier PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Visier solutions. This involves managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful deployment of Visier's People Analytics and Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, project management, and a proven track record of successful software implementation projects.
What you'll be doing...
- Min 5 years leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Visier implementation projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manage projects of large and/or complex scope; take strategic objectives and appropriately define and deliver on project and technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external Visier consultants, to ensure smooth and effective integration.
- Conduct needs analysis and configure Visier solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of Visier analytics and planning tools.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, configuration notes, and training materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between the company and Visier.
- Stay abreast of new Visier features and updates, and recommend enhancements to improve HR analytics and planning capabilities.
- Take initiative to drive changes across the business that positively impact on overall organization.
- Work without supervision, lead by example.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing Visier’s software platform and suite of solutions directly to enterprise-scale customers.
- In-depth knowledge of Visier’s software platform and solutions, including expertise in customizing software to meet customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project and implementation management, specifically with HR technology implementations.
- Proven track record of successful implementations of software solutions within budget and committed timelines within a growth stage software company.
- Proven track record to resolve complex issues using creative approaches and highly effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
The base pay range for this position in Singapore is SGD $115,000 - $140,000 / year + Bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
