  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

RESPONSIBILITY (REVIT / BIM )

  • Creation of BIM/CAD deliverables and ensuring their consistency and accuracy for the 3D information.
  • Integrate the BIM/CAD applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management, and O&M programs into the BIM models.
  • Assist the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator on working with site project teams, their consultants and contractors to coordinate BIM issues with design teams to develop and reinforce standards with the goal of refining the models and BIM deliverables.
  • Prepares Site Development Model and Layout from provided survey data to establish projects coordinate.
  • Prepares Documentation Scope of Work for 5 Key Plans, such as
  • Furniture layout plan, Door and Elevation plan, Partition Plan, Floor and wall Finishes Plan, Custom Built Plan and Ceiling Plan.
  • Technical Drawing (Revit & AutoCAD): Space Planning & Construction Drawings
  • Strong knowledge with BIM parametric family creation.
  • Knowledge in Clash detection.
  • Assist to develop the Company-wide & Project specific templates & family libraries.
  • Keep the BIM project documents up to date.
  • Develop design / detailed drawings
  • Prepares Construction Specification / Design Documentation
  • Obtain client’s requirement & site survey
  • Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
  • Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection
