The Role:

As Senior Account Director, you will be the strategic partner and day-to-day lead for a key client, driving digital-first marketing solutions that blend creativity, technology, and performance. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver campaigns and initiatives that meet business objectives while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact, leading strategic conversations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, integrating content, data, and media solutions to drive performance.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of account managers, strategists, and creatives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Commercial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and identify new opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients, leveraging data to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in client servicing roles within digital marketing, advertising, or technology agencies.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital campaigns and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
