  • Assess and oversee participants' advancements, offering insights and recommendations to parents, guardians, and partner educational institutions when necessary.
  • Preserve and renew aquatic gear and materials, guaranteeing their prime condition and easy accessibility for use.
  • Collaborate with fellow colleagues and stakeholders to champion our aquatic programs, incubate novel undertakings, and instill a sense of community. Architect and implement promotional tactics that steer enrollment and involvement in the aquatic sector, underpinning its expansion and triumph.
  • Craft engaging promotional content, spanning imagery, videos, and written posts, that showcase our aquatic programs and cultivate a robust communal bond.
  • Monitor promotional avenues and promptly respond to queries and comments in a professional demeanor.
  • Continually scrutinize promotional metrics to fine-tune outreach, engagement, and conversion rates for our aquatic programs.
  • Actively participate in team gatherings and training sessions to mentor junior coaches, exchange best practices, proffer feedback, and contribute to the holistic maturation and accomplishment of the enterprise.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an aquatic instructor, with a specialization in instructing aquatic sessions for preschoolers.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a multisports coach.
  • Comprehensive understanding of aquatic techniques, water safety protocols, and age-relevant aquatic competence development.
  • Certification in aquatic instruction and lifeguarding (e.g., Swim Australia, STA, etc.).
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal proficiencies, facilitating effective interactions with children, parents, and fellow team constituents.
  • A fervor for pedagogy and engaging with children, thereby nurturing a constructive and all-embracing learning milieu.
  • Aptitude for giving precedence to aquatic lessons as the central occupational duty, coupled with supplementary support for multifaceted sports undertakings.
