To assist the Marketing HOD in the strategizing, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and placemaking activities to increase the mall’s footfall and boost retailers’ sales.
Job Description
- To support marketing and customer service teams for the malls and across the cluster
- To market atrium, advertising spaces and vending machines as part of casual leasing to optimise other income
- To plan and execute mall activations across the cluster to support community engagement and community investment in accordance with the group’s community investment framework
- Provide support for Inclusion Champions Programme and Service Excellence across the cluster
- To drive mall’s footfall and tenants’ sales
- To grow social media presence
- To liaise and maintain good relations with tenants, advertising agencies, media, contractors and potential partner and cluster/ core marketing team
- To manage and handle day-to-day operations relating to marketing and support customer service team
- To garner tenants’ sponsorship for campaigns
- To prepare monthly marketing reports and proposals when required
- To support Core Marketing by growing and promoting the Frasers Experience (FRx) ecosystem and loyalty adoption
- To uphold the branding of the company & property
- To handle & manage shoppers’ and tenants’ feedback and improve customer experience
- To undertake any other relevant task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field (retail mall)
- Creative & innovative thinking
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
