What are we looking for?
Our Semiconductor EPCM business is growing, and we are recruiting leaders. Arcadis has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate, and ambitious individual to work as Lead Architect in our Semiconductor Global Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) Process Department.
Our team is seeking for a Lead Architect or Senior Architectural Designer with expertise in Semiconductor or Pharmaceuticals to join for our global projects in EU & US to work remotely based out of Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and managing large-scale projects in these industries and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Job Scope:
- Lead and manage the architectural design process from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and integrate this knowledge into designs Assist in the continuous improvement of group’s systems, procedures, standards and knowledge management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on Semiconductor or Pharmaceuticals.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
