Job Scope
- To serve as account managers for assigned trade unions and various entities in the NTUC family, in the form of understanding training needs and work with the key leaders and staff to roll out training and engagement programmes
- To manage training programmes assigned through consolidating programmes nominations, liaising with trainers and work with the admin team to ensure that all attendance, funding support and courses and trainer fees are managed in accordance with SOPs
- To churn out and analyse training and engagement data of accounts assigned so as to better understand needs and trends
- To execute leadership engagement sessions through working within and outside of NTUC such as government agencies and subject matter experts for cross sharing and learning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development environment
- Proficient Microsoft Access, Excel (must know V-Look Up, Pivot Table, Power BI), Words and Powerpoint
- Comfortable with engaging a myriad of stakeholders of varying seniority and experience
- Meticulous, adaptive and take strong ownership of work assigned and good team player.
